Despite that I don't pay a LOT of attention to what Rolling Stone says (I prefer Paste, Q and American Songwriter when it comes to music mags and I think RS has lost a lot of cred over the past 5-10 years anyways), the review made me even more stoked for Cardinology! It's a well-written review that gives me a good idea (without hearing it yet) of what to expect and I couldn't be more pleased!

Yeah i felt the same way. Im really excited now. I think Ryans gonna be on of those artists like neil young whos gonna still be making music 30 years from now, itll be cool to grow older with his music. Best artist today/of his generation.
